A working session is the fastest way to know whether IJRA@ is right for you. Pick a real process — preferably one with a problem — and we’ll model it together.
Tell us a little about you and the process you want to bring. We'll respond within one business day with a session proposal.
Things prospective customers most often ask before a working session.
Six to twelve weeks for the first process to go live in production. The variability is almost entirely about access to the integrations the process needs — not about IJRA@ itself.
The first wave is deliberately scoped narrow: one process, end-to-end, in production. Subsequent waves compound on the foundation laid in the first.
No. The integration engine is designed to orchestrate the systems you already run — CRM, ERP, HR, document management, payment rails — through native REST, SOAP, database and webhook channels. The systems stay where they are.
All three. The platform deploys to public cloud, private cloud, on-premise data centres, and air-gapped environments — and we have customers in production on each. Banking and government customers most often choose on-premise or private cloud; healthcare and enterprise more often go cloud.
You do. BPMN 2.0 is an open OMG standard, and your models export as standard BPMN XML. The rules repository exports as deterministic specifications. There is no proprietary file format you would be locked into.
Pricing is engagement-based and depends on scope, deployment model, and the number of processes in scope for the first wave. We typically share a concrete proposal after the working session, once we have seen the actual process.
Yes. Customer business analysts and engineers are trained as part of every engagement; we believe deeply that customers should be able to model and configure their own processes. Partner enablement programmes are available for systems integrators and consulting firms.
Active Directory (LDAP/Kerberos), Azure AD / Entra (SAML 2.0 / OIDC), national ID systems (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC), and PKI / smart cards (X.509 / mTLS). Custom IdPs are configurable per deployment. Authorization is layered RBAC + ABAC + process-scoped + document-level ACL.
Verified at 1,000+ concurrent users and 100K+ active process instances per day on a single deployment. P95 task latency under 200ms. Platform availability target 99.95% in active-active topology. RPO 5 minutes, RTO 1 hour. Linear scaling to 10× throughput verified up to 12 nodes on commodity gov-grade hardware.
BPMN 2.0 (OMG standard) is the foundation — start/intermediate/end events, user/service/script tasks, all gateway types, pools and lanes. We extend it with task types modern enterprise execution actually needs: Email Task, API Task, Document Task, Smart Form Task, Rule Task, Constants Resolver, Multi-Lane Coordinator. The extensions are forward-compatible with BPMN 2.0 — they extend, never replace. Models export as standard BPMN XML.
GDPR, PDPL (KSA), PDPL (UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021), ISO 27001 aligned controls, NCA ECC (Saudi Essential Cybersecurity Controls), and per-jurisdiction local e-government frameworks. Audit logs are WORM (write-once-read-many), retained per regulator-specified periods, and SIEM-streamable via OpenTelemetry.
IJRA@ is the digital transformation platform — the BPMN 2.0 native business process management product. ITMAM is the company that builds it, founded in Amman in 2011. ITMAM also offers complementary services: portals design and development, mobile app development, and bespoke software solutions.
